A super busy summer..

Ah.. I feel so overwhelmed. O.O
I'm  trying to get everything in order now before heading back to school.


AH. Nothing has really sunk in yet. ;_; And I don't want to go back!
Oh Wells..
Im also going to notify you of some collections I'll be working on, perhaps to go in mah art portfolioooooo.
Maybe.



*One is titled "FairyTales are Scary." Where I'll be revealing the truth of some of our most 'beloved' stories we grew up with. Yes. Destroying childhood dreams one princess at a time.

But really I'm doing this for your own good!


The plan is to illustrate the cover of each fable, but with a gothic victorian tone to them. To give them the feel of  'Cute Horror' rather then the sugar coated stuff we eat today. Then Ill write out/ or list the differences between the modern tale from the original.



Why? Because Fairytales were very popular in the Victorian Era, and after doing the research it really inspired me.

There will be 10 in all.
*Snow White
*Sleeping Beauty
*Cinderella
*Rapunzel
*Little Red Riding Hood
*The Pied Piper
*The Little Mermaid
*The Ugly Duckling
*The Enchanted Canary
*Alice in Wonderland (This one actually hasn;t been altered that much. However there is confusion between it's sequel "Beyond the looking-glass".)

All in thier own ways have a really dark theme, which described how sufficatingly educational everything had to be back then. Fairytales were meant to teach kids valuable life lessons, not for delight. But actually, when Alice in Wonderland came along, all that changed. It really was one of the first great works of 'non-sence' fiction.






The second collection is still not that well developed.

It's titled "The Concept of Art."

And I'm thinking of making it a graphic short.. like a comic.. but its like.. not .. comical.. Yeah.



This one is still in the works. So Look out for that. In all, there will be 10 as well. And It ranges more of a gothic horror kind of thing. (Its pretty though!)



Ahh.. so much work.

An Introduction: HI!

A very much procastinated post to my blog, EH.
Well I guess I'll talk a little about myself: My specialties are anything revolving around the arts. I love writing, drawing, photography, design, music, dance, poetry, psycology, reading..ect.

Im the typical adolecent trapped in a world of my own imaginings, and I'm out to discover.

So I guess the blog will serve for that purpose: To really post what I find, what inspires, and helps me grow not only as an artist but as a human being.
